Vaccinations
For the safety all of our canine guests
Vaccine records are required for all dogs who attend our resort for any reason, without exception. We require vaccines to be administered a minimum 7 days prior to your pet’s first visit to our resort. It is also strongly recommended that puppies should have their 2nd set of vaccinations before attending the resort. Vaccine records must include expiry/re-vaccination dates for the following vaccines:

Rabies (if age appropriate),

DA2PP (distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza)

Bordetella/kennel cough
We also strongly recommend that your dog also be vaccinated for Leptospirosis but this is not a required vaccine. Booklets with checkmarks will not be accepted as valid proof of vaccination. You may need to request a certificate of vaccination from your veterinarian, or you may find this information on your receipt depending on your veterinarian. Please ensure we have updated records for your pet before placing your booking online.
How to make a Reservation
We will require proof of up to date vaccinations prior to confirming any bookings. If contacting us for the first time please include your name, phone number, email address, dog's information (name, age, breed) along with the dates of your potential boarding or let us know which of our services you are interested in booking. Returning guests please note that reservations submitted online still need to be confirmed by management. If you have not received a confirmation within 48 hours, please feel free to follow up by phone or email to verify the status of your booking.
